This Privacy Notice provides information about the processing of personal data by YucatanLove Travel Concierge in connection with your use of the Services. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly.

1. Controller of the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Notice

The Travel Concierge Department of YucatanLove controls the processing operations described in this Privacy Notice. YucatanLove is a company incorporated under the laws of Mexico and has its offices at Av. Colon #201, Garcia Gineres, 97070 Merida, Yuc.

Please note that e-mails sent to this address will not automatically be kept confidential and will not be read by the data protection officer alone. If you need to communicate confidentially with our data protection officer, please indicate this in your email and we will arrange for this to happen.

2. What data we collect from you

When you use our Services, we may process the following types of personal data:

• User Data.
  Personal data collected for the purchase of a tour, such as your name, email address and password.
  Contact data and other information you may share with us, such as your mailing address, age, gender, country of residence, social media profiles, messages you sent to our team, feedback, comments, responses to surveys or interviews, participation in any of our promotional activities.
• Usage Data
  • Information about how you use our Services, including details you enter when you search through our Services (including destination, date, number of guests, currency, etc.), offers viewed and links clicked.
  • Interaction with our marketing communication: we may collect information about your interaction with our direct marketing communication messages, including our newsletter and push notifications (e.g., analysis of the number of times you opened our newsletter or clicked on hyperlinks in our newsletter).

• Bank details: although we are not directly involved in the payment and tour booking process, we may ask you to share, in a timely manner, your bank details, for example, to issue compensation to users.

• Process, complete, update, modify, cancel or print the services you have contracted through YucatanLove Travel Concierge by the following means: electronic, telephone, in person or in writing.
• Sending notifications via email exclusively to report changes or events related to your travel itinerary: confirmation of contracted services, modifications, cancellations, refunds, balances and invitations to evaluate or comment on the contracted services and the service received from YucatanLove, its employees or representatives.
• Telephone calls to verify operations or transactions made via internet, telephone or in person if YucatánLove or its representatives deem it necessary.
• Telephone calls to request documents that establish the identity of the customer or credit card holder if YucatanLove deems it necessary.
• To receive travel offers by email if you agreed to subscribe to our newsletter electronically, by telephone, in person or in writing. In each email sent by YucatanLove there is a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter if you wish to do so.
• To maintain and constantly update databases that generate statistics that allow YucatanLove to improve the services our clients receive.
