This document outlines the terms and conditions under which YucatánLove commits to developing a website for couples. This service is included when contracting the Integral Planning service or selecting it from the à la carte services.

 OUR WORK BEFORE THE WEDDING

    • We’ll initiate the development of the website between 4 to 18 months prior to the wedding date. This timeframe allows us to get to know you and your partner, comprehend your vision for the wedding webpage, and craft a digital space that mirrors your personalities. It also ensures that your guests have access to valuable information about your special day.
    • We will maintain communication via email using the following address: mywebsite@yucatanlove.com . Through this channel, we will receive inquiries, address any concerns, and provide updates on the progress and results of your wedding website.
  • In our initial email, we will share a website checklist. This will include details about the elements to be incorporated into the site, specifications for gathering materials, and an outline of our work methodology, including timelines, stages, and deliverables.
  • Customization of Your Website: We will begin customizing your website by providing you with a selection of template options and styles to choose from.”
  • Reception of Visual Material: Please share your photographs with us via email, ensuring they meet the specified quality standards and dimensions.”
  • Use of Custom Fonts: If you desire a typography not available in our catalog, kindly communicate directly with the assigned email for review and validation.”
  • Predefined Backgrounds: Certain sections of the site feature predefined backgrounds. Requests for adjustments will be subject to review and validation via email.”
  • Project Scope Definition: Tasks involving detailed written content, translation services, or advanced programming will be considered additional services. These are subject to review and validation for an additional cost.”
  • Quotation of Extra Services: Should you require additional functionalities beyond standard customizations, your request will undergo approval. Any additional costs will be communicated prior to execution.
  • Establishment of Website Validity: The created website will remain valid for a period of 3 months following your big day.

CUSTOMIZABLE SECTIONS

  • Main cover: Visual encounter that captures the union of the couple.
  • Love story: Narrative of your relationship, from the beginning to the proposal.
  • Wedding countdown: Live counter to the event.
  • Photo gallery: Space for your most special moments.
  • Attendance confirmation: Integration to facilitate guest confirmation.
  • Event guide: Essential information such as itinerary and dress code.
  • Hotel recommendations: Options for guests’ stay.
  • Transportation section: Detailed information about transportation and relevant locations.

FIXED SECTIONS

  • FAQs: Answers to common questions, constantly updated.
  • Travel Concierge button: Direct access to exclusive travel services.
  • Footer: YucatánLove social media icons, establishing a permanent presence.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

FIRST STAGE

  • Project Initiation: You will receive Email 0 containing a link to submit the necessary visual material for the website implementation. You will have 10 working days to provide all required materials before the project begins.
  • Wedding Website Implementation: Once the form is confirmed and visual materials are received, the implementation process commences. The initial development stage spans 15 working days.
  • Sections Included in the Initial Stage: The first stage encompasses the creation of the Main Front Page, Love Story, Countdowns, FAQs, Travel Concierge Button, and Footer.
  • Review and Adjustment Rounds: After 15 days of development, you will receive notification via email to review adjustments. Upon confirmation, you’ll have 7 business days to provide feedback. The process includes two rounds of adjustments, allowing up to 5 modifications per round. Alternatively, you may opt for a single round of up to 10 adjustments.
    • Adjustments may include changes in colors, typography, gallery and cover images, without consuming allotted modification options. Modifications to dates, titles, or the narrative of the love story will not affect adjustment limits.
    • Upon receiving your list of adjustments, we will assess feasibility within 48 hours. If compatible with our standards, implementation will proceed after your approval, maintaining a period of 5 business days per adjustment round.

 SECOND STAGE

  • Start of the Second Stage: Upon completion of the adjustment round(s) in the first stage, we will proceed with the advanced development of the site, in coordination with the wedding planning and under the guidance of the wedding planner.
  • Reception of Information and Content: We will collaborate with the wedding planner to gather information and content within the established time frames outlined in the wedding planning.
  • Implementation of the Wedding Website: You will receive an email notifying you that we are prepared to commence the implementation of the second stage.
  • Sections Included in this Stage: The second stage includes the Confirmation of Attendance RSVP, Agenda, Dress Code, and Hotel Recommendations. Sections lacking definitive information will feature friendly suggestions to encourage guests to check back regularly for updates.
  • Review and Adjustment Rounds: The same process from the initial stage will be applied, allowing for a total of 2 rounds with up to 5 adjustments each, or a single round with up to 10 adjustments in total. Adjustments may include field selection, text editing, background design, and updating descriptions of new sections, excluding fixed areas of the site.

TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Any management related to the website will be conducted exclusively via email using the address: mywebsite@yucatanlove.com . Communications via phone or video calls will be arranged based on the availability and approval of YucatánLove.
  • Sections of the website such as the program, RSVP, hotel recommendations, and transportation details will evolve in collaboration with your Wedding Planner as the planning progresses. Updates will be communicated via email, and the complete site will be presented upon completion.
  • RSVP confirmations will be managed through a document in Google Drive, which will be updated on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the planning timeline. Access to this file will be provided via email by the support team, allowing you to track confirmations with the assistance of your wedding planner.
  • For periods of less than 6 months, only one round of adjustments consisting of 10 changes per stage will be permitted, with a 7-day window for execution. Additional requests are subject to approval.
